Branch Head at NATO
I lead cyberspace capability development at NATO–Ukraine JATEC, working across cyber operations, information assurance, secure CIS, and incident management.

PROFILE
I have worked in NATO commands, the Lithuanian Armed Forces, and private-sector cyber security since 2012. Before JATEC, I advised NATO JFC Brunssum on cyberspace operations and led its Cyber Security Branch.
Earlier, I delivered security operations centre deployments, designed secure architectures, led information assurance and CIS teams, and ran cyber defence exercises. I hold CRISC and PMP certifications and an MSc in Electronic Business Management.
